5. KNOW YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS: Locksmith companies will have multiple payment options and make sure you receive a receipt for works carried out.

6. CLEAR PRICES: It is not always possible to give the final cost over the phone as there could be multiple explanations as to what caused the issue or more works needed as what is described over the phone however, you should always be given an idea of the cost before any work commences.
