Client Brief:

LFS has been one of our long standing clients, not only for regular commercial maintenance and Locksmith work, but also redecoration and refurbishment projects. In 2020 we carried out an extensive redecoration project in various class rooms and bathrooms. Walls and ceilings were painted and bathroom floors restored and painted with high gloss commercial floor paint. In 2021 we also carried out PAT testing in all administrative areas, studios, class rooms, kitchens and facilities.

Mayfair Office Dismantling/DILAPIdATION

Client Brief:

The client brief for this high profile client office dilapidation involved: clearance of all furniture and fixtures, removal and disposal of a glass wall office separation, removal and disposal of the staff kitchenette, redecoration of all walls back to original condition and site clearance.This project was achieved in the client timeline of 3 days.
